Var Vadhu is spearheaded by Neha Seth Arora, a hospitality veteran with more than 8 years of Industry experience.
Neha is armed with an Executive MBA in Marketing and entrepreneurship from SP Jain Institute of Management Mumbai, a BSC in Hospitality from Ignou and originally graduated from IHM Mumbai.
Her stint includes her assignments with the Grand Hyatt Mumbai as the Director of Events where she conceptualized, created and executed unique events and wedding occasions for high profile families like the Raheja’s, Oberoi’s, Saraf’s, Wasan’s, Bhojwani’s, Tayals, Jhunjhunwala’s were a few to name . After exploring the intricacies of advertising in O & M, Aditya Mehra, another Founder & director of Seventy Seven Entertainment Pvt Ltd, had the inkling to get into events along with advertising.
With great determination & foresight to make their company renowned & distinct from their competitors, he, with his school friend Manoj Gopalani and a common acquaintance Daryl Sheldon, in 2002 established Seventy Seven Entertainment - an event management firm. Since then, Aditya is responsible for the management and the oversight of all the key accounts of the company. Since he is extremely passionate about technology, he is also behind production & the technical know how to get all the events into action! Some of the esteemed clients he’s worked with include Sony, Colgate, Transocean, Prudential, Ireland Embassy, and Kotak.

Daryl Sheldon has explored a couple of vocations like that of a Disk Jockey and a Wedding Specialist, before taking up the role of a director in Seventy Seven Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The enthusiastic director sees Seventy Seven acquiring a global position in a couple of years.
